Stacey's passion for the Real Estate industry is obsessively focused on the clients. Her passion in all industries her career has encompassed is focused on delivering to each and every client service and results beyond expectation. And it shows in the Agency's success. She has generated over $250 million in property sales in her relatively short Real Estate career and she reached that number almost solely with referrals and reputation.

As a lifelong entrepreneur her past roles including over 15 years in Marketing as an Agency owner and the sale of her company to a Fortune 500 entity certainly contribute to her success in real estate but it is her relentless passion fueled drive to connect, relate, commit and exceed expectations at every client interaction that is the key to her success and that of her team.

Stacey is also very passionate about giving back. She does this both within and through her real estate company. She leads and manages an all woman team as well as donating and supporting to multiple non-profits centered on lifting mothers and their families up from their struggles. Put simply she is helping to lift up women and those they love through her time, compassion, financial commitments, and mentorship.

Hailee moved to Dallas from Utah in 2015, when her career in Real Estate began. She joined The Agency 5 years ago as a full-time transaction coordinator and part time Realtor. Managing transactions for a high producing real estate team allowed her the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge in all aspects of a real estate transaction.

Hailee made the transition to full time Realtor in 2021 and Team Manager. She is a top-producing luxury real estate agent and propelled herself into the team’s top sales position in 2022 with a record exceeding $22 million in sales.

Combined with her knowledge of the industry, Hailee has a high level of attention to detail and sharp communication skills, ensuring her clients are thoroughly educated and informed throughout the process of buying or selling a home. Originally from Omaha, NE Kelsey attending Creighton University before relocating to Dallas Texas to be close to family and friends. She quickly found a passion and talent in influence driven social media marketing as well as modeling.

Following in her mother's footsteps, Kelsey Leslie left her career in social media marketing and modeling to pursue Real estate. Being a very quick study, Kelsey became not only one of the top selling agents at The agency but a top 1% agent in the DFW area. Her passion and keen eye for style, fit and function along with a deep passion for helping people find their perfect home paradise has propelled Kelsey to the top of her field in just a few short years.

Kelsey, disarming in her personality and demeanor continues to impress and even surprise her clients and co-workers with her comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the real estate process from client service to negotiation to legal and contract. And the Agency continues to receive rave reports of both her attentive personal delivery of service to her clients and her fierce commitment to get them everything they want under the best possible circumstances.

Shelley was born and raised in Palo Alto California until she married and moved to the Dallas area with her husband who was being transferred by HP. Shelley has lived in the McKinney& Frisco area for the past 24 years and now considers herself a true Texan. Shelley and her husband ran a successful art and framing business for 15 years here in the Metroplex area. Shelley loves volunteering with the children’s department at her church which turned into a passion for homeschooling her two daughters. Shelley has a daughter in college and one in High school. Shelley decided to start a career in real estate after watching her role model Stacey Leslie do such great things in their community. Shelley has lived in the tribute for the last 10 years and has a love for her community and is knowledgeable of the community and amenities. Shelley loves helping others and walking clients through one of their biggest investments, the purchase of their dream home.

Tiffani has been a native of Texas by way of Oklahoma for over 30 years now. She left her

corporate career with UPS after serving 10 years in the sales department and ranking in the top

20% of the company for 9 of those years. Family is everything to Tiffani. She met her husband,

Cole, on Match.com in August of 2012 and got married in March 2015. They have two amazing

children Charli (5) and Conor (4).

Tiffani decided to transition into a more entrepreneur role when her late Father lost his battle

to ALS. Spending more time with her family and taking care of her children was ultimately the

most important. Her mother had been in real estate for over 20 years, and she learned a lot

about the industry, by way of learning from her mom.

In 2019 she pursued her dream of getting her real estate license and has been moving full

speed ahead. She joined The Agency in December 2022. Her attention to detail and making sure

her clients receive the “full client experience” is of utmost importance to her. She enjoys all

aspects of this business and really has an appreciation for building generational wealth as it
